For such a popular and well known guy, All Black Captain,Richie McCaw is so down to earth, approachable, friendly and absolutely outstanding with kids!  What a dude.  My son's rugby team got to watch the big guns train for a game.  After they'd done their thing on the field with coach Graham Henry and co, Richie made time to come on over and hang-out with the boys, talk to them about their rugby, sign a few signatures, take photos etc.  No dramas, no rush, fab!  Boy he's hot too!
