We were eating at the SugarFISH sushi restaurant in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles when I noticed Anthony Kiedis eating at the sushi bar. I’m a big Chili Peppers fan, so this was a really cool celebrity sighting.  Kiedis was wearing a red flannel shirt and he was sporting pretty much a full beard.  Because his appearance was different than his most common look, initially I wasn’t 100 percent sure it was him.  Shortly after, the sighting was confirmed when the couple next to us also started talking about noticing Kiedis.   

The coolest part of the night took place when “Roller Coaster of Love” began playing on the restaurant speakers.  The restaurant plays continual music, so I wasn’t sure if this was a coincidence or an intentional move by SugarFISH.  Either way, seeing an all-time great, while listening to his song, is an awesome way to spend a Saturday night dinner.
