It was September 10th, and the city of Pittsburgh was buzzing! It felt like the Steelers won the Super Bowl again!!!! What was causing this surreal feeling......NFL KICK OFF 2009!

Tim McGraw and The Black Eyed Peas were HAND PICKED by The NFL to usher in the new season of NFL Football in the Steel City.

The day was CRAZY, it felt like Christmas. Our radio station B94 was live all day. We got to hang in the VIP area, meet other celebs, and former NFL greats!

Then it was the moment I was waiting for....I got a call from the Interscope Records rep, it was time to go back to meet The Black Eyed Peas! I walk back stage, and BEP had 2 or 3 tour busses not just one. You could tell this was a serious deal, I normally dont get nervous for radio interviews, this one I was a lil nervous for.

I go into the bus, meet all 3 members, Will I Am, Apl De Ap, Taboo, and Fergie. First off, let me say Fergie in person is STRIKINGLY beautiful. I know people think she can be so so, but in person....amazing! I actually met her almost 10 years back when she was a member of Wild Orchid. She went on a date with a friend of mine in Rochester, NY....and she remembered!!

Will I Am was cool, he told stories of how crazy Pittsburghers take our football, and his love for Electronica music. They also predicted the Steelers winning, good call BEP!
