Brand new Dallas Cowboys cornerback Brandon Carr might very well be the happiest man in the NFL, at the present time. After being drafted in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft, by the Kansas City Chiefs, Carr played his way into becoming one of the steadiest CB’s in the league. Carr’s efforts were rewarded this last offseason, when upon becoming a free agent, the Grand Valley State-alum (MI) signed a five-year/$50.1 million contract with Jerry Jones’ Cowboys. $26.5 million of the deal is guaranteed.
Excited and enthusiastic about being a well paid member of “America’s Team,” Carr was seen taking an abundance of time to sign autographs and say hello to a group of fans at the team’s Oxnard (CA) training camp last Thursday.
The situation can be viewed per the above iFolloSports.com original video.
Carr came off as a very classy and respectful individual.
