Here is another of my many early interviews. I was working at a classic rock station. Typically when you work at a classic rock station you don't get to interview alot of people, since alot of them have died, or no longer make music. The cool thing is that when you do get to interview somebody it usually is someone of legend status! I had confirmed through a record rep an interview with a member of Journey, though I didn't know which member was going to call! They told me the day of the interview that it would be they guy I was really hopin' for..Neal Schon. The only member on all of Journey's albums!! It was early in my fulltime career and I was generally just wingin' the interview. Mr. Schon was very cordial. You could tell by the way he was answering the questions that I was like the 19th radio personality he had talked to that afternoon. It ended up being a pretty informative interview all in all! I will never stop believin' in Journey!
