A few months before I was hired at the radio station in Lansing, a buddy of mine had called me up and told me that his sister had gotten some tickets to see one of my favorite comedians of all time, Zach Galifianakis! He asked if I wanted to go, which may be the most unnecessary of questions, as it was a no brainer! "Of Course I'll go" I said!

We got to the venue which was St.Andrews Hall in Detroit. It almost looks like a medieval church. We got in and got up real close, mere feet away from the stage. I laughed hysterically most of the night. The highlight was when Zach jumped down off the stage and brushed through us in the crowd. He said "Here's an empty spot here, and another one here...if this was Larry The Cable Guy, this place would be f*&kin packed!" He is truly a great comedian, and I am glad to see him finally reaching some much deserved success with the smash hit, "The Hangover."
