Set amongst the backdrop of the Chris Paul to LA trade controversy, the Lakers opened training camp on Friday at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo, California. The dueling storylines resulted in a bevy of local and national media setting up shop at the team’s practice facility. Included in this gathering was ESPN reporter Colleen Dominguez and new ESPN NBA analyst, longtime player and recently fired Minnesota Timberwolves coach Kurt Rambis.
