I just began interning at the radio station WKTU in NY when
I heard that JLO was going to be in the building that day. I remember my boss
telling me I could not be in the area she was going to be in when she came
upstairs, but I had to stay on the promotions side and continue my work. 

It was 2005, my last year in college and
there was no way I was missing Jlo’s appearance. She entered the building and I
took a peek and saw her go into the studio. She had a cream colored coat on
with a hunter green knitted hat, hoop earrings and she was so short and
petite…looked just like a chick from the BX, NY.  She talked to them about her marriage to Marc Anthony and
rumors of her being pregnant. She loved being married to Marc Anthony but she
said "no, I am not pregnant". She talked about her newly released single “get
right” off the album “Rebirth”. Quite an interesting video for the song, so she
went on to explain how much fun she had playing different roles in the video.

After her interview was over I snuck around to go and see her. She was so sweet
and cool. In the middle of her taking pictures she was joking and being
extremely friendly. I’ll tell you what,… she def had that around the way girl
appeal without a doubt. But something in her face was telling us she was
pregnant. I remember her nose appearing a little bit bigger and red. They do
say there is a particular glow to a woman’s face when she’s pregnant and she
had it. Sure enough a few months later it was all over the tabloids Jlo was
pregnant. Aw, how sweet!…yea the fact that she was pregnant and yes she is sweet
too! Great impression Jlo!
