Greg Jennings is a wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings, in his eighth NFL season. Jennings, a Kalamazoo, Michigan native, played the first seven years of his career with the Vikings biggest rival, the Green Bay Packers. During his time in Green Bay, Jennings played with both Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers, appearing in two Pro Bowl’s and winning a Super Bowl ring, during the 2010 season.
This past offseason, the Vikings and their fans were very happy to see the popular Jennings leave the Packers and sign a five-year/$47.5 million contract ($18 million guaranteed) with the Purple and Gold.
Tuesday, iFolloSports.com was on hand as Jennings made an appearance at a Fedex Office, in Twin Cities suburb of Edina, Minnesota. The event was co-sponsored by the NFL.
The above original video shows Jennings signing autographs for a large group of fans, while also posing for photos with those interested in doing so.
Despite the Vikings’ 0-2 start, the former Packer standout appears to be settling in nicely with his new team and geography.
