It was July 4th weekend and in Pittsburgh we always have the 3 Rivers Regatta to usher in the celebration. This year we had Island Def Jam artist Jesse James to perform for us (last minute mind you) for the party.

So it's the day of the show, and we have to go pick up Jesse and her crew at the hotel. We pick her up, and bring her to the venue. She gets there early and does sound check. After sound check she is on the back patio chillin' and drinking some tea. I go over and sit down and talk a little bit. We talk about her ex boyfriend who was a rock star, and she admits she cheated on him since he cheated on her ( from Maxim magazine article) . I was trying to guess who it was, she wouldn't budge.

Then we started talking about record label mate Justin Bieber, and how I didn't believe he was 15 at the time. I thought he was younger, she said she loved him and he was a cutie and really 15,

Then she got on stage and performed, I got to give it to her we didn't have a big crowd and she still killed it. She said one of the songs "Bullet" from her CD,  was co written by Katy Perry. She performed that as well, even though it was not on her set list. She was awesome, and hot!!!!!

UPDATE: A  few months or so after Jesse came to Pittsburgh, her record label people called us and asked if we could put her in contact with Ben Roethlisberger for a possible date. We put her in touch with the right people, who knows what happened!
