The rock station was celebrating it's birthday, and calling upon the rock of Saliva, and Drowning Pool to perform at the party! My idiot boss had not followed up on making sure the signing of the charity guitar was for sure a go. The odd thing was, she looked confused and befuddled when they thought she was just some crazy person trying to get on the bus. I made a call to my contact and got the signature.

There was a moment right before they went on stage at this shady little bar in the middle of a town, far outside of God's grasp. Mullets are rampant in the town called Michigan center. The place was packed, and Drowning Pool, with their new singer, took the stage. I was doing stage announcements and got to help introduce Saliva to the crowd. I remember passing them as they were going on stage, and I was exiting. The only thing surging through my brain was "MAN! Josey Scott got fat!" They put on a killer show, and as a chunkster myself, I would say that Josey Scott made people with waists in excess of 40 inches proud everywhere!!!
