Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant possesses a whole host of very noteworthy attributes. The three-time defending NBA scoring champion can shoot, pass, handle the ball and get up and down the court with ease. Oh, and one more thing, the man from Washington D.C is one heck of a nice guy.
The above iFolloSports.com original piece of video displays the latest example of this undisputed fact, when per his usual routine, the four-time All-Star patiently and politely provided autographs for a bevy of interested fans, outside the Casa Del Mar hotel, in Santa Monica, California. This scene occurred in the hours prior to OKC’s recent 108-104 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers, at Staples Center.
No matter the setting and no matter the circumstance, Durant never seems to leave his many millions of fans disappointed.
The number of times that KD has ingratiated himself to the NBA obsessed population of Los Angeles is almost impossible to tabulate, at this point. As a result, while only in his sixth NBA season, the nearly seven-foot tall sharpshooter’s reputation increases exponentially, any time he touches down in the US’s Western Megalopolis.
In addition to his Southern California efforts with fans, Durant has been nothing but class to basketball lovers in many other locales, including New York City, Minneapolis and the college town of Stillwater, Oklahoma.
When reading this article, if it seems as if our respect for Durant is way over the top, then you are absolutely right. In a world of jaded and in many cases difficult to deal with athletes, Durant is the exception to the rule, particularly for a superstar. The Thunder great is a total gentleman, in every single facet of his remarkable life.
