I was selected to be on the show on as a guest.  The shows producers came our home to film my family and tape for the actually show.  Then, my daughter and I went to the show and met Oprah and had pictures taken with her after we taped the show.   I enjoyed talking to Oprah and it was a good experience on her show.  Her producers are very nice as well.

Oprah is down to earth in real life.  I was very nervous when I walked up on on stage.  She took one look at the terror in my eyes (stage fright) and had me sit on a stool and she sat behind me with her arms around.  I started feeling more comfortable on stage and enjoyed talking to her during the commerical breaks and after the show. 

Nicole Kidman was going to be the next shows guest.  Oprah had there shows to tape that day but she made time for pictures with my daughter and I.  P.S.  Oprah can run in high heels! (I can't!) As we ran back stage surrounded by security, she was so graceful in high heels but felt like a new born farm animal who just stood up.  I made the mistake of wearing heels and I am not used them but it was learning experince!
