Maybe the headline is a little harsh. 

We all have things we don't like about ourselves.  We have certain things that we hide, whether it's a zit or a blemish.  That's the case with Michelle Branch.  If you look at her in pictures, she is an attractive woman and appears blemish free.

In fact, this photo with Michelle was a rarity.  She has a birth mark under her right eye.  She admits it to her fans on her 25 Things You Don't Know About Michelle Branch at michellebranch.com

"8. I have a birthmark under my right eye but a lot of people don't
know because it's always covered with make-up when I'm working. If you
happened to see me without make-up, no I do not have a black eye."

Photo aside, she was totally immersed in music strumming the guitar and playing songs from her cd "The Spirit Room" and couldn't ave been nicer.  She also had this swagger about her that kept you interested in everything she said.  I really had a good time with Michelle Branch.
