I was just reading about the Ron Artest sighting at Whole Foods and I wanted to pass along another Artest tale from his trip to Minny.  I was hanging in the Target Center ticket lobby, waiting for other friends to arrive.  During this period, I noticed most of the Laker team run across the street from the Graves Hotel and into a side door of the arena.  Having to be different, Ron Artest was the only player to walk in through the public door and into the public lobby where myself and others were standing.  It turned out that Artest's reason for being in that spot was because he went up to the ticket windows to talk to a representative about something regarding Friday's game.  He was wearing the very same stocking cap mentioned in the other story, along with a warm up suit and black hoodie.  After leaving the windows, a bunch of fans ran to Artest in  hopes of an autograph.  He apologized and explained how he didn't have time, but he was cool enough to shake hands and fist bump with this group of autograph seekers.  At least he makes an effort with fans.  It could be said that a fist bump is as cool as receiving an autograph.
