Was at the Sheppards' Tiki bar back then.  Running things back and forth from the boat anchored nearby.  I ran into Hulk and spilled his drink.  As I looked up at who I just ran into I saw it was Hulk.. 

I apologized but called him "Mr. Bollea"  He snapped back at me "What did you call me?" I replied (a little worried) "Mr. Bollea.  That is your name isn't it, Terry Bollea?"

He began laughing and told me "Don't worry about it kid.  I'll get another."

Met him many times since then but that first one always stands out for me.  I thought he was going to kill that day.  Even the guys I was working for were laughing at me on that one.
