I got to chat with Jennifer Nettles and Christian Bush from Sugarland before the ACM Awards.  They gave a great press conference and we all were allowed to chat one-on-one and take a photo with them.

Jennifer has come a long way from her local band down south.  She and Christian have shot up on the charts with great songs like "Baby Girl" and "Stay".

When you see Jen in person you realize how thin she is!  I told her I'd make her a nice lasagna some day, and she laughed.  Great smile!

Then... I asked Christian about his family background.  His last name is Bush.  After vowing he's no relation to the two former presidents, he DID reveal something interesting.  His family is the same Bush family who makes those great baked beans!  I asked him the secret formula, like they always tease us with on those TV commercials.  He said he was sworn to secrecy!

Guess we'll just have to open a can to get that great taste!
