Just like how Gollum managed to get his grimy mits on that freaky ring, I had somehow made a deal with Satan and snagged myself a pair of much soughtafter Tool tickets. It was no ordinary Tool show...not that there is an ordinary Tool show. No, this was their final date on their mega tour promoting the release of 10,000 days. The venue was this tiny theater The Pearl that only sits a few thousand so it was extremely intimate! It was a packed house! Not an empty seat in the joint.

As we were waiting to enter the theater, some weird Las Vegas native who looked like may have just lost a bunch of his kid's tuition money on a bad Keno ticket. He was tellin' my girlfriend and I that we should hang with him after the show. Since I am not a big fan of being murdered and buried in the desert, we didn't end up partying with our new friend.

The show was amazing, they played all kinds of different songs from their various albums. They came out and turned the cerebral cortexes of the masses into jelly! It also happened to be the same show where I ran into Lifestyles Of The Rich and Famous Guy Robin Leach! Check that story out HERE!
