It was the summer of 2001, and Usher was touring for his 8701 Tour. The show was awesome! U Don't Have to Call, U Got it Bad, U Remind Me, and all the other Usher hits he made famous sounded awesome LIVE!

The best part of the night was before the show though. I was lucky enough to secure a meet and greet with Usher through his record label, Arista Records (At the time in 2001 Usher was with Arista)  I was especially excited since my current girlfriend at the time (wife now) was a HUGE Usher fan,

So here we are, backstage in Usher's dressing room, and who is with him........Chilli from TLC! They were very cute together, and made our experience that much more of a story...(she didnt take a pic though, she was on phone) Usher was super nice, and very kind and down to earth. His show kicked ass too!

My Wife still remembers meeting him, and she can't believe how nice he was. We are still huge Usher fans and hope to see him again soon!
