I'm not admitting anything earth shattering here, but as a kid I was totally into wrestling.  And in the 1980's the guy to watch was clearly Hulk Hogan.

I met him in 2004 and he truly was larger than life.  I mean I had seen him on television, but anyone that has met him can tell you...it's kinda like meeting a world leader.  This guy is recognized worldwide!

He approached our interview table at the 2004 Radio Music Awards and I remember saying to myself I am going to have to interview is daughter and talk about her music to even get anything outta Hulk.  He surprised me when he sat down and took part in the interview.

Brilliant.

He realized his star power would get the exposure she needed and even had post cards on one side was Brooke and her autograp and song information, the other a picture of Hulk that he signed for me.  I thought that was so smart.

As a person Hulk is a great interview and doesn't mind "slipping into character" for interview sake.  I only wish I had more time to spend with him. 

Was I star struck, not really, but it was super cool to meet the wrestling hero!
