Some interviews you just know are going to have a good vibe.  It is my favorite thing in the world when meeting an artist who you may not know everything you'd like to know about em but turn out to be really cool guys.  That was the case with The White Tie Affair.

They stopped by our Orlando studios to promote their new single Candle (which was having some early success on our station) as well as talk about their upcoming performance as they were touring with Lady Gaga right when she was really starting to make a big splash on the music scene.

Their interview was light and fun poking fun at themselves even saying hopefully people come to see us early.  When I went to the show later that evening I found a large core of fans cheering their band on and singing all the words.  I tell ya, you never know what a particular band will bring and it surprises you when you actually see how big their impact in a live setting.

What surprised me most was after the show we were in the upper most section of House Of Blues and the guys were just walking around the general admission crowd, chatting with friends.  It gave off a real Southern California vibe when bands end their sets often times they just mingle with friends and fans.  It was neat to see them do that and I even did a shot with one of the band members.  He totally remembered our experience earlier in the day and couldn't thank me enough for having them on.  They were great!
