Meeting LL Cool J is something I will never forget because it was also one of the most embarrassing moments of my life. It was the summer time and I got dressed up and super cute to go to the concert. One of my earliest memories is being pushed in my stroller by my dads two best friends and them singing "Going Back to Cali." I was like 3 years old and that was my first LL experience. All I wanted to do was hear that song live. The concert was great! LL was a true performer. They don't call him THE G.O.A.T. for nothing. At the very end of his entire set he performed "I Need Love." At this time he called up ladies from the audience on to the stage to be serenaded. I pushed my way to the front and the next thing I knew, I was on stage. At the very end of the song LL turned around and looked at me and I panicked, looked him dead in the eyes and screamed, "I LOVE YOU." He walked over and kissed me on the forehead which then led to him kissing all of the other ladies on the stage, but I was first and super happy. So happy and giddy that somehow I literally fell off the stage. As I tried to get back to my original spot the stage disappeared beneath me. I tumbled onto the back of a security guard who looked like he wanted to punch me. I assured him it was an accident, but I was mortified, I couldn't believe I fell off the stage in front of thousands of people! After the show I was able to meet LL and let me tell you he is as beautiful in person as he is in pictures. In fact photos do him no justice. When we were getting introduced, he smiled and said "We've met." I would like to think he was referring to our special forehead kiss moment, but I'm pretty sure he remembered me as the girl who fell off the stage.
