Brooke, I think you hit the nail on the head with your second sentence:  She needs to get away from all the enablers and moochers, especially her mother, Dina.  I've always had a soft spot for Lilo, maybe because I still think of her as a kid just trying to figure out who she really is.   

I have no problem with her accepting $1M for an interview if she can actually get it  (I'm guessing the offer is more of a publicity tactic by OK Magazine than something that will actually ever happen).  Especially if she used it to to move to New York City and maybe even enroll at NYU (like she talked about 3 years ago after her first rehab stint).

The New York Times Sunday Styles section makes a good case for why NYC might be just the right place for her right now (Can New York Save Lindsay Lohan?), and according to her Today Show interview, her mom Dina agrees.  I would just hope that part of the deal would be for Dina-- and the plastic surgeons and hair colorists that mother and daughter seem to be sharing lately--to stay in LA.

Haha! What a comparison! My point is, she is still in rehab and she should be focusing on herself and getting better. NOT busting out early and racking in the $$ for an interview. Linds has been in denial about her situation for a long time, and maybe Dina has for longer. My heart goes out to Lindsay because anyone with such a disease as Lindsay needs to get well. Where is the lovable funny Lindsay from The Parent Trap who taught me the joy of Oreos and peanut butter?? GET WELL LINDSAY!
