There's a lot of mess around him, which kinda destroy his image. Is this the end of his career? Besides his personal issues, he also have issues on his career life. Comic Zach Galifianakis might have been one of the chief architects of removing Gibson from a cameo role in “The Hangover 2”. He wasn’t a pack of one in opposing Gibson’s presence, either. Todd Phillips, the director, announced that Gibson wouldn’t be appearing in the movie thanks to cast and crew protests. Gibson has been involved in a number of scandals over the past few years. His image has been tarnished as a result. The “Mel Gibson tapes” did lots of damage to his career.
