Mixed Feelings About The Who's Super Bowl Performance

Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend took to the most elaborate stage in history, in front of the biggest audience in history and played a taste of what has made them a revered band for decades. There have been mixed reviews on the performance. Some people say it sucked, some people say it was great, some people enjoyed the stage more than the music.

In my opinion, they rocked it. I think that alot of people compare how they sounded in 1978 to how they sound over 3 decades later. You shouldn't do that. I agree that "Pinball Wizard" started out a little rough, but that is a hard song to perform and when those gentleman orginally came up with it in their prime, they were uber-talented freaks of nature!! These dudes are pushin' 70 at least...I doubt very much any of your grandpas could rock that hard!
