Manny Pacquiao, the WBO Welterweight Champion, appeared at the first of numerous press conferences to promote his title defense against Juan Manuel Marquez on November 12. 

Pacquiao had a surprise for the assembled media, singing "Sometimes When We Touch" in a duet with Canadian singer and composer Dan Hill.  The song reached number one in the charts for Hill in 1977, one year before Pacquiao was born.

Pacquiao, who is universally considered the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world, was recently elected to the House of Representatives in his native country, the Philippine Islands.
