Tisha Conklin, 37, was returning from a Halloween party early Sunday morning, in West Bloomfield, Michigan, when she was stopped by police. She blew a 0.17 on the breathalyzer, over twice the legal limit.  Once they took her to jail, Conklin was asked to change out of her skimpy "slutty referee costume" into less revealing clothing.  She changed in the ladies room and then decided to allegedly punch a policewoman.  The additional felony charge could earn the fake ref a penalty of up to two years in prison.

No word on whether she was also flagged for roughing the officer.
