An Up Close Look At The LA Kings Off Day Workout (Videos)

Wednesday, amid the aftermath of Tuesday night’s Game 1 victory over the San Jose Sharks, the Los Angeles Kings took to the ice at the Toyota Sports Center (team’s El Segundo (CA) practice facility), for what can be described as a rather light workout. Below is a series of original videos, chronicling some of the defending Stanley Cup champions on ice activity.

Kings follow up their warm up by sending a more aggressive array of shots at Kings backup goaltender Jonathan Bernier.

Kings combine passing, shooting and stickhandling, in this more intricate drill, which initiates near center ice.

Kings work on moving the puck from the corner to the goal.

LA hockey fans can also take a look at coach Darryl Sutter and defenseman Rob Scuderi signing autographs, during Wednesday.
