Both Jeff and his wife Andee collaborated with designers and architects, taking "a couple of years" to finalize the plans and weigh in on design decisions.

"Jeff wanted clean lines, minimal trim, nothing fussy," said one of the architects on the team.

These plans didn't exclude plenty of expensively aged finishes including: antique rough-hewn beams, oiled wood floors, quarter-sawn oak paneling and Venetian plaster.

Built in 2007, on a 2/3 acre lot in Country Club of the South, the 7,905 SF house has 6-bedrooms 6 1/2 baths, 4 fireplaces and a full basement.

The county tax assessors have it currently appraised at $1,122,300 (down about 15% from two years ago).

Located in the North Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek, Country Club of the South is one of several exclusive gated golf course communities surrounding Atlanta. Other  CCS residents include: former MLB players Tom Glavine and Charlie Leibrandt; former NBA star Allen Iverson; former NFL players Garrison Hearst and Jessie Tuggle; and former MLB/NFL talent Brian Jordan.
