Chris Paul With Fans After Big Performance (Photo)

Monday, Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul was named Western Conference Player of the Week, after averaging 26 points, 11.3 assists and 4.8 rebounds for a Clipper team that is riding a 4-game win streak.  LA currently boasts a 46-25 record, good for fifth place in the ridiculously competitive West. Despite Paul putting together yet another great season (18.8 PPG, 10.1 APG, 4.7 RPG), all eyes will be on the 8-time All-Star's postseason performance, as he has yet to advance past the second round, during his first 9 seasons in the NBA.

Last Friday, amid his award-winning week, Paul took a moment to pose for the above photo with fans, literally seconds after the conclusion of his team's 113-99 win over the Wizards. In the game, Paul was simply out of this world, posting 30 points, 15 assists and 6 rebounds.

To illustrate how soon after the game the picture occurred, check out FOX Sports West reporter Kristina Pink in the background, waiting for Paul to conduct his postgame interview.
