Kevin Durant's 63rd Floor Miami Penthouse Is For Sale (Photos)
Wednesday night, the 44-37 Thunder need a win against the Timberwolves, combined with a Pelicans loss to the Spurs, to obtain the eighth seed in the Western Conference. Without question, OKC would not be in the predicament they find themselves in, if not for the foot injury that limited superstar forward Kevin Durant to only 27 games this season. After missing the first month of the 82-game schedule, Durant came back only to have his season end in late March, after undergoing bone graft surgery.
Coincidently, right around the time of the operation, Durant put his downtown Miami vacation condo on the market for $3.45 million. Located on Biscayne Blvd (one block north of American Airlines Arena), the 3,793-square-foot penthouse unit boasts of 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and stunning views of Biscayne Bay, Miami and Miami Beach, courtesy of the condo's perch on the building's 63rd floor. The spectacular pad also features a 991-square-foot terrace.
