Kobe Bryant nasal fracture and mild concussion from Dwyane WadeSunday night, the Western Conference defeated the Eastern Conference 152-149, in a pretty entertaining NBA All-Star Game from Orlando. Kevin Durant won the game's MVP, scoring 35 points.

One of the biggest storylines of the night involved Kobe Bryant passing Michael Jordan for the most total points scored in All-Star Game history. Kobe needed 19 points to break the record of 262 points. He finished the game with 27.

In addition, the Lakers legend left Amway Center with a nasal fracture and mild concussion, after getting whacked in the face by Heat superstar Dwyane Wade, while Kobe was driving to the basket. The game was delayed for a minute while trainers attended to his bloody nose.

This was Kobe's 14th All-Star Game appearance, tying him with Kevin Garnett for the most among active NBA players.
