surferwife and chelsea handler

The winner of our September/October Encounter Story contest is "It Took Everything NOT To Lick Chelsea Handler" by Surferwife.

This entry had it all:  Photos, a detailed narrative, an intriguing title, and, most importantly...TONS of views!

It's a great story to begin with, but Surferwife also helped her odds by getting it shared and retweeted through her twitter and FB networks.

Could you be the next winner?  Click here to get started!

Tom Cruise has had his ups and downs, but one thing he never does is a sequel! In fact he is taking the studio for his 4th installment of the Mission Impossible franchise to court to make them take the 4 out. It's called "Mission Impossible 4." I just don't understand why he NOW has a problem. There was a Mission Impossible 2 AND 3! Here Tom takes time to sign autographs for fans.

Scranton Business ParkThis week, “The Office” will begin its seventh season of ridiculousness on NBC. The gang at Dunder Mifflin Scranton has provided fans with a hilarious vision of the modern-day American workplace. “The Office” has absolutely left an indelible mark on audiences via NBC and through syndication outlets, most notably TBS.

While the Scranton Business Park is the fictional setting of the program, the real Dunder Mifflin Scranton is actually situated 2,716 miles to the west of Scranton, Pennsylvania, in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley.

It's hard not to love the National Lampoon vacation movies. Alot of that love stems from the bumbling idiotic goodness of Randy Quaid's character Cousin Eddie. He portrayed a degenerate so well..that it looks like the role has overtaken his life.

Randy and his wife have been arrested for living in a guest house without permission. Could you imagine checking your guest house and finding a squatting Randy Quaid? That's a hell of a story for the office!

This is from last season of NBC’s “I'm a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here” and if you haven’t seen this clip of Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag having a temper tantrum over a bottle of dry shampoo, then drop what you’re doing and prepare yourself for an all out hissy fit. It’s amazing that they actually put people like this on TV. Don’t get me wrong; I love reality television, but sometimes it’s better to leave the looney toons at home. Sorry guys but you should have stayed on “The Hills”.

We just love how Conan O'brien continues to use social media to reach out to fans.  From the Sarah Killen Twitter stunt to his latest solicitation on his Team Coco Facebook page for a random volunteer, he never hesitates to go straight to his audience for material and feedback. This video, which he released on Team Coco a couple of days ago to promote the premiere of his new late night show on TBS , already has over 5000 responses.  (You can read them here).  What's your question for Coco?

One could say that Natalie Portman is somewhat of an accomplished actress. She has starred in movies such as “Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace”, “Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones”, “Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith”, “Garden State”, “V for Vendetta” and over 30 more films. She received her first role as “Mathilda” in “The Professional” back in 1994. Oh and one more thing, she’s a Harvard graduate. So yes, one might say that Natalie Portman is somewhat of an accomplished actress. Check out her first interview with David Letterman below and if you have ever had an encounter with Natalie share your story and you could win an iPad!
