The promoter who set this up basically put a bad taste in Big Black's mouth for good on Jacksonville.  He was promised the world when getting into town and only received the bare minimum.  He arrived at this club around twelve in the morning and looked like he had been through the grinder.  Right away you could tell that he was not in the mood to talk or meet with anyone.  But as the night progressed his attitude changed from worse to slightly better.  I chatted with his manager for a bit and he had told me that the promoter promised them the world and only came through with a couple of requests.

In lieu of everything, when I met Big Black I let him know that I gave his manager my business card and that if he ever decided to visit Jacksonville again to give me a call and I will set everything up for them.  He smiled said thank you and we did our usual photo op and off he went.

All and all I think at the end of the night when he received his payment from the club he was in a much better mood.
