PGA official Mark Wilson could have at least bought Johnson dinner first...
I like how Bleacherreport's Chuck Johnson (I'm assuming no relation) put it:
"That is officially the worst ruling I've ever seen.
That's 20 yards off the fairway and no way could be considered a bunker.
No rake, no trimming or mowing..
Holy crap, even a major league baseball umpire would have gotten that one right."
