Jupiter (FL) Offers An Amazing Collection Of Athletic Real EstateDuring the past several seasons, a trip to St. Louis Cardinals spring training has involved the presence of arguably the greatest player and manager of this generation of Major League Baseball (Albert Pujols and Tony La Russa). This Grapefruit League season, a visit to Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Florida has a significantly different feel, as the defending World Series champs are getting ready to begin a new era of baseball, void of the iconic franchise’s two most recent cornerstones.

Vick & Tiger Are The Most Disliked AthletesMichael Vick and Tiger Woods are the two most disliked athletes according to a recent Forbes Magazine article. The survey was taken by Nielsen and E-Poll Market Research.  Both Vick and Woods had a "dislike" score of about sixty percent.

Coming in third was the Jets Plaxico Burress, just ahead of the rapidly rising Ndamukong Suh of the Lions.

Kris Humphries of the Nets edged out LeBron James of the Heat for fifth place, largely on the basis of his annulled marriage to reality show celebrity Kim Kardashian.

The rest of the top ten included Kobe Bryant, Terrell Owens, Alex Rodriguez and NASCAR miscreant Kurt Busch.

Stripper at Elks Lodge Number 1355Elks Lodge number 1355 should not have any problem selling tickets for next year's charity golf tournament in Woodward, Oklahoma.

During this year’s event, held in July at Boiling Springs Golf Course, one of the volunteers stripped naked in the middle of the putting challenge.

The fundraiser’s purpose is raising money for the lodge's annual rodeo.

The Elks' Rodeo chairman, who was not present at the time of the “incident”, insists the woman in question was not asked to do so.

Not surprisingly, Woodward city officials are not very happy about this.

"I was offended, the city commissioners were offended, the community was offended. This has been conveyed to the golf course operator and the Elks," explained Woodward city manager Alan Riffel.
