Checka Cee the newest addition to www.alistradio.net on-air staff has always had a passion for the radio biz, being raised in Hoboken New Jerz just across the Hudson river from NYC. Checka Cee started her career in college radio then eventually landed her first highly competitive internship in NYC at Bad Boy Records. That led to more networking which in turn led to another internship working for the world-famous radio gossip guru Wendy Williams. She realized the depth of Wendy's craft up-close and knew she definitely wanted this radio career.
Checka Cee moved on to broaden her versatility and began working for NYC's legendary dance station KTU, where she learned from some of the most experienced names in American radio. After all that excitement she worked with news media’s major broadcast company, Westwood one and spent here weekends hosting a radio show in Albany NY at WAJZ. Now you can listen to her on FOXIE 105 & Mix 95.7 in Columbus Ga where she caught her first full time on-air position. Checka Cee has done plenty for the community by holding charity events and supporting non-profit organizations.
