Born in Salt Lake City. Lived in Bountiful, Farmington (attended Davis High School from 1964 to 1967), England in the Midlands, Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Evanston, Wyoming, Draper, Syracuse, and a few others. I had a waiter job at the Heidelburg Restaurant in Farmington and a layaway job at ZCMI in Salt Lake City. I also worked as a typist, metals grinder, warehouse worker, service station manager, payroll technician, Air Force clerk, janitor, general laborer, pricing clerk, telephone customer service agent, word processor, writer, photographer, znd perhaps some others. I went on a mission to England in 1968 and spent 2 years in the United States Air Force. I have been married twice.
