Though the A's have struggled in 2015, Gray continues to produce at an incredibly high level. Entering Tuesday's start, the Tennessee native is 12-7, with an outstanding 2.36 ERA and 1.00 WHIP.
During his three MLB seasons, Gray owns a record of 31-20, with a 2.74 ERA and 1.11 WHIP.

Tigers shortstop Jose Iglesias is in his fourth MLB season (missed all of 2014 with shin injury). Iglesias started his career in the Red Sox organization, before getting traded to the Tigers in 2013, as part of the Jake Peavy deal. This season, Iglesias is batting .302, with 22 RBI and 11 SB. Iglesias was named an All-Star reserve, earlier this season.

Minnesota Twins closer Glen Perkins is in his ninth full MLB season. Perkins has quietly become one of baseball's best closers, earning three straight All-Star game appearances, amid saving the American League's last two All-Star Game victories.
Going into Wednesday's action, Perkins has recorded an AL leading 31 saves, while compiling a 2.66 ERA, for the 59-60 Twins.
The lefty departed the Twins series at the New York Yankees Tuesday, returning to Minnesota for further tests on a troublesome neck.
