Austin Jackson Interacting With Fans (Video)
Austin Jackson is the leadoff hitter and centerfielder for the Detroit Tigers, in his third MLB season. Jackson, a Denton, Texas-native, was originally drafted by the New York Yankees, before being traded to the Tigers in a three-team deal that sent Curtis Granderson to the Bronx.
Jackson has been very solid at the top of the Tigers lineup and a big part of their success during the past couple seasons, which includes beating the Yankees in the ALDS last October.
Above is an iFolloSports.com original video of Jackson interacting with a group of fans. This display took place at Target Field in Minneapolis, just a few minutes before Jackson led off a matinee game between the Tigers and Twins. In the contest, Jackson went 0-5, with the Tigers defeating the Twins 5-1.
