Here is an original photo of Astros All-Star SS Carlos Correa signing autographs, outside of Comerica Park in downtown Detroit. This scene took place during the 2018 season, when the Astros were on a visit to Detroit. The look was provided by Lance Martinez of My Detroit Sports.
In 2017, Correa helped the Astros win the franchise’s first World Series, amid a seven-game series victory over the Dodgers.
Houston had another great 2018 campaign, winning 103 regular season games, before losing to the world champion Red Sox in the ALCS.
Correa won the AL Rookie of the Year in 2015 and was an All-Star in 2017.
In 2018, the Puerto Rico native only appeared in 110 games, posting a .239 BA, with 15 HR and 65 RBI.
