Chris Parmelee is an outfielder for the Minnesota Twins, in his second full Big League season. The Long Beach, California native was the 20th overall pick in the 2006 MLB draft. During 2012, Parmelee served as a part-time first baseman/right field platoon player, hitting 5 home runs, while totaling 20 RBI (appeared in 64 games). Thus far in 2013, Parmelee is hitting .237, with 1 HR and 5 RBI, appearing as Minnesota's everyday RF.
In his short time with the Twins, Parmelee has become fairly popular with the Twins fan base. Last Saturday night, per the above iFolloSports.com original video, Parmelee was on hand for an autograph signing appearance at Fan HQ Sports Apparel And Collectables, in the Twin Cities suburb of Minnetonka, Minnesota. The event was held at the Ridgedale Center.
Parmelee drew a big crowd and was very cordial to everyone, while also posing for pictures with patrons before the signing got underway.
