Here is an original photo of Mariners pitcher James Paxton signing autographs, outside a Detroit area hotel.
The look was provided by Lance Martinez of My Detroit Sports.
On May 8,, the British Columbia native threw a no-hitter against the Blue Jays, becoming only the second Canadian pitcher ever to throw a no-no and the very first to do so on Canadian soil.
In the 99-pitch gem, Paxton clocked his three fastest pitches, during his final three tosses of the game.
Paxton is in his fifth full MLB season, owning a career record of 32-21, with a 3.31 ERA and 1.21 WHIP.
This season, Paxton stands at 2-1, with a 3.52 ERA and 1.12 WHIP, for the 24-17 Mariners, who just lost 2B Robinson Cano for 80 games, due to a failed PED test.
