Jeremy Hellickson & Scott Boras Chatting In CA

Friday, shortly before the Evan Longoria and Jaime Edmondson sighting, Tampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Jeremy Hellickson was seen interacting with baseball super-agent Scott Boras, at The Westin Pasadena hotel. With his agency headquartered in Newport Beach, California (52 miles southwest of the property) Boras is frequently seen meeting with clients, when the client's team is paying a visit to either the Los Angeles Dodgers or Los Angeles Angels.
On this day, the agent and right-hander were no doubt discussing Hellickson's initial arbitration eligible period, which will take place in 2014. From there, the 26-year-old, Des Moines native, is set to become a free agent in 2017.
