Lloyd McClendon Signing In Motown (Video)

Lloyd McClendon is in his first year as manager of the Seattle Mariners. McClendon played in the Big Leagues, from 1987-1994, and is most known for his stint with the Pittsburgh Pirates (1990-1994). McClendon has led the resurgent Mariners to a 67-57 record, 6.5 games behind the Los Angeles Angels in the AL West and tied for the second American League Wild Card spot.

Last week, when the Mariners stopped through Detroit to take on the Tigers, Michigan based iFolloSports.com contributor Lance Martinez captured the above original video of the 55-year-old skipper signing autographs at Comerica Park.

It will be interesting to see if the rejuvenated Mariners can make the postseason for the first time since 2001.
