Miguel Cabrera Signing In Lakeland (Video)

Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera is arguably the best player in baseball. In 2012, not only did Cabrera win the MVP, he was also the first player since Carl Yastrzemski (1967) to win the AL Triple Crown. The eight-time All-Star, three-time AL batting champion and two-time reigning AL MVP was rewarded in spring training, when he and the Tigers agreed to an 8-year/$248 million contract extension, which will be added to the $44 million remaining in the 31-year-old's current deal.

Recently, iFolloSports.com contributor Lance Martinez captured the above original video of Cabrera, signing for a group of fans outside Joker Marchant Stadium, the Tigers' Lakeland, Florida spring training venue.

Hard ball fans can also check out additional iFolloSports.com original videos of Cabrera.

This first one features the Venezuela native signing autographs at Target Field in Minneapolis.

The second encounter displays Cabrera and Tigers first base coach Omar Vizquel interacting with fans, at an offseason event in Motown.
