Rangers SS Elvis Andrus Puts Spectacular Dallas Mansion On The Market (Photos)
Longtime Texas Rangers SS Elvis Andrus has placed his Dallas home on the market for a cool $4.5 million.
Located in the ritzy Preston Hollow neighborhood, the 7,300-square-foot pad comes equipped with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, wine cellar, media room, Olympic size saltwater pool and four-car garage.
In 2013, Andrus inked an eight-year/$120 million contract with the Rangers, with his purchase of the property occurring later that year.
The Andrus mansion sits 25 miles northeast of Globe Life Park (Rangers home stadium) and 9 miles north of downtown Dallas.
Ironically, the previous owner of the abode was former Cowboys FB/current FOX broadcaster Daryl “Moose” Johnston.
The 28-year-old Andrus is playing in his ninth Big League season, coming off a 2016 campaign in which he hit .302 (career high), with 8 HR, 69 RBI and 24 SB.
The native of Venezuela is also considered one of the better defensive shortstops in all of baseball.
