The UFC Is Building A Sprawling New Las Vegas Headquarters | Photos
Last month, the UFC was sold for a staggering $4 billion. The 23-year-old Las Vegas based mixed martial arts organization has grown from a fringe operation to one of the most successful brands in all of American sports. With this incredible level of growth in mind, the UFC is in the midst of completely overhauling their Southern Nevada logistical operation.
At present time, the UFC offices Las Vegas are headquartered in a rather inconspicuous office building at the 2960 W. Sahara Ave. address, a little west of I-15 (pictured below). The 20,000-square-foot structure represents one of eight locations around the Las Vegas area that houses UFC operations.
The UFC’s decentralized corporate operation will be coming to an end next year when the company moves into a sprawling 180,000-square-foot global headquarters (pictured below), currently being built at 6650 S. Torrey Pines Dr., immediately north of the 215 Beltway (10 miles southwest of current HQ).
The new 24-acre facility will bring the entire UFC Las Vegas operation under one roof. In addition, the new mega campus will feature a 40,000-square-foot training center, which will be available to the entire UFC roster of fighters.
