Patrick Kane & Derrick Rose Live & Work In The Exact Same Buildings
Monday night, the Chicago Blackhawks host the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 3 of the 2015 Stanley Cup Final. During this incredible run of Chicago hockey, which currently finds the “Original Six” franchise vying for its third NHL championship since 2010, the two cornerstones of the organization have of course been Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane.
During the NHL season, the 26-year-old Kane calls the condominium section of the Trump International Hotel & Tower home. Located on the northern edge of the Chicago River, amid the River North neighborhood of downtown Chicago, the 98-story structure features luxury residential facilities, a four-star hotel, fitness and spa centers, as well as multiple dining opportunities.
The six-year-old building sits three miles east of the United Center and four miles east of Johnny's IceHouse West, the Blackhawks' West Chicago practice rink.
Ironically, another Chicago sports star, a guy by the name of Derrick Rose, also owns a place at the Trump. Not too many buildings in the country can claim that level of athletic star power.
Playing under an eight-year/$84 million contract, Patrick Kane will be more than capable of hanging his skates at the Trump, for many more years to come.
