76ers Fans Go Crazy After Winning Draft Lottery (Video)

Tuesday night, the Philadelphia 76ers were awarded the first selection in June’s NBA Draft, after winning the draft lottery. The Lakers will pick second, with the Celtics (pick acquired via trade with Nets) selecting third.
